Forms You May Need

The following forms can be completed on line or downloaded and completed. If applying on line, the completed form should be emailed to: propertyshop@walh.co.uk . Please allow some time for the form you have selected to open up. 

How do I email the form back to you? When you've completed your form online click on the 'File' option near the top left on the open page. From the list of options choose 'Attach to email' and your email will open up on your computer. In the 'To' section type propertyshop@walh.co.uk . In the Subject section type Online Application and send the email to us.

I can't finish the form all in one go, what should I do? You can save the form to your computer using the 'Save As' option on the File Menu. You then can open up the form later on your computer, complete the form and send it to us as an email attachment to propertyshop@walh.co.uk  . Please note that if you select the save option whilst the form is open within the browser, the form will not be saved.

  Online application for completion by new applicants who wish to apply for Council or housing association properties in the Wigan Borough. Please note that you can't print this version as it is an online version only - the printable version is below.
• Housing Application Form (printable version) (.pdf, 412KB)  
• Housing Register Change of Address Form (.pdf, 358KB):
  For completion by applicants who are already on the housing register but their housing circumstances have changed e.g. change of address. Please note that you can't print this version as it is an online version only. The printable version is below.
• Housing Register Change of Address Form (.pdf, 802KB). This is the same form as the one above but you can print it off, fill it in and send it back to us 
• Mutual Exchange Application Form - online version (.pdf, 205KB).  Please note that you can't print this version as it is an online version only - the printable version is below.
• Mutual Exchange Application Form - printable version (.pdf, 19KB):
  For Council or Housing Association tenants who wish to advertise their homes for exchange with another tenant

This form cannot be completed on line so should be printed off and completed

• Reference Forms (.pdf, 305KB):
  Unless you are a Wigan Council tenant, two references should be supplied before your application can be accepted. If you are, or have been a tenant in the past, at least one reference should be from your former landlord
